END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT!
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. DO NOT BEGIN TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE.

This License agreement regarding JRecoverer for PostgreSQL Passwords - referred to as 'the Software' - is a legal agreement between you - anyone who is installing and using the Software - referred to as 'the User' and LCPSoft - referred to as 'the Licensor'.

1. Ownership right and copyright
All title and copyrights in and to the Software are owned by the Licensor. The Licensor warrants that he is the legal owner. The Software is protected by copyright laws of the Russian Federation and international treaty provisions.

2. Grant of license
The Software is licensed, not sold, to the User for use only under the terms of this EULA. The User pays license fees to the Licensor. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of the license. The User who purchases a license is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Software. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for the Software. These are:
- a subscription-based license allows the use of any version of the Software for a period of 1 year. The subscription can be renewed.
- a license for the current version of the Software allows the use of the current version and all patches for this version for an unlimited period of time.

3. Conditions of the license
You agree to these conditions:
- you may install one copy of the Software;
- you may use the Software on a single computer for any legal purposes;
- you may make one copy of the Software for backup purposes;
- you must prevent illegal copying of the Software;
- you must use the Software in accordance with the requirements of the international and national legislations;
- you may not sell, distribute, rent, lease or transfer the Software to a third party without the prior written consent of the Licensor;
- you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify the Software;
- you shall not use the Software for illegal or unethical purposes or in violation of the rights of a third party.

4. License key
After processing the payment, the user receives a license key - a unique code that makes it possible to use the Software for a limited or unlimited period of time.

5. Using an unregistered version of the Software
You can try the Software using a special version with limited functionality. This version does not need to be registered and can be used for any period of time.

6. Support and updates
During the licensed period, the User is entitled to technical support during regular business hours (GMT + 03:00), except holidays. The user who purchased a subscription license is entitled to use any version of the Software released during the year. The user who purchased a license for the current version of the software is entitled to use the purchased version and any patches for this version.

7. Warranty disclaimers
The Software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will meet all user's requirements. The Licensor hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, all implied warranties of title, integration or fitness for any particular purpose. You use the Software at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability
The Licensor shall not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Termination of the agreement
The subscription-based License terminates when the specified license period ends. The Licensor may terminate this agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon the termination of the agreement, the User must delete the Software and all its copies.

10. Settlement of disputes
All disputes shall be settled by negotiations between the parties. If the parties can not settle a dispute, it will be resolved by judicial means in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
